I have had lots of runners and fitness lovers ask me advice on running and how to get to their own fitness goals. For my non local clients especially I am offering to do a detailed and individual training and nutrition plan with motivation and guidance from me through out to reach your own specific running or fitness goal. With years of experience of training myself to become an elite standard ultra runner I know the importance of getting your training right for you and not copying what works for others. I’ve also done a sport’s nutrition course and have my own personal experience with trail and error methods to use food as fuel as well as enjoyment to achieve enough energy for your goals.

I offer monthly plans catered for you and your goals, working round your everyday, with as much communication and motivation from me as you need. Everyone is different!
£45 per month.
